fix window positions when loading windows/changing viewport size

after resizing the window or putting it on a smaller monitor, the windows outside of the window are not snapped to the borders and are invisible

I'm experiencing an issue with this too, the border in which I can click and move the window is not visible so it is just stuck in the corner.

You can fix this by deleting the extension data by going to the developer console (CTRL + SHIFT + I), then Storage, then localstorage and then deleting the entry called "extra", this will reset all the windows to the default position.
