Define i18n for system messages #2114
Description
Current limitation
System messages in Thunder (generic operational statuses and non-error UI notifications) are not fully integrated with the i18n service, causing inconsistencies where some text is still hardcoded and untranslated.
Suggested improvement
Move all services to return i18n messages instead of generic english messages
