use --update-cache for updating immodule file #4

Description

@khakionion

Hello,

I've been following the series of blog articles about installing and using gtkimcocoa, and so far I have not succeeded.

At the very least, it seems like the script for installing the immodule is out of date. Recent versions of gtk-query-immodules-2.0 have an --update-cache argument that will write to the cache file. Also, the cache file has moved. It is no longer $GTK_PATH/etc/gtk-2.0/gtk.immodules, but $GTK_PATH/lib/gtk-2.0/2.10.0/immodules.cache.

Once I am able to diagnose my issues further, I will file other issues.
