Does not work on Microsoft Office

It doe snot work for Micorosft office. Word, Outlook, Excel .... As well as for Safari.

Is this a macOS Tahoe 26.2 specific issue?

I really dont know. I do have Tahoe 26.2. But have not tested it on other versions.
