angular code instead of MVC #32

Hi,
In this section (https://github.com/aspnetrun/run-aspnetcore-cqrs#installing) point 4 - its talking about running .net code using dotnet run command , however this folder contains angular code and not MVC. so it wont work. ( i am referring to master branch )
Its misleading .
further more in (https://github.com/aspnetrun/run-aspnetcore-cqrs#usage) section , instruction i.e.
2. Open a command prompt in the Web folder and execute the following commands: (instructions mentioned)
does not work because infrastructure project does not have EF reference. Please help me resolve both issue.
