Can't upload files locally

On the latest update I noted that at least on the UI I can no longer upload local documents when I chose the option:

Then I saw that if I enable the MCP I get these options:

However I don't see very clearly how to upload a file from the docs, plus this is an MCP service, not a local load?

Maybe I am missing something.
