Easier per-project S3 configs

Suggestion from the webinar: when news org collaborate, how can they share data via datakit?

Can we make it easier for someone to quickly identify a different S3 bucket to sync data for that collaboration? 
Would an interactive datakit data init command be useful?
Is there any way to simplify the AWS CLI setup via datakit-data?
