"Files to include" has no effect when running a config via CodeLens

When running a config via CodeLens, the ast-grep pane maintains the previously set value in "files to include", but the config gets applied to all files in the workspace without filtering them by the pattern.

(Apologies if the path filter needs to included in the config - I couldn't find equivalent keys in the docs.)

Versions:

• vscode: 1.106.0

It can include the option, but it feels weird the pattern and replace, two other options near file to include, are ignored...
