Some tests are failing

Without entering into any details, I tried to run the source/build/test steps for all packages, but it turns out that some of them are failing even in the CI.

Is this normal?
Should tests be ran in the CI on each PRs?

I think there should be a compile step before pnpm source

oh, i also think there is something wrong with the package toml.

@NatoBoram would you like to change the workspace dependency in toml package to an actual version? it should fix the problem.

Thanks! With this, the "source" step passes for toml.

But now there's build failure for Angular, C, C++ and C#. Do you know what could be the issue?

Looking at the CI, the build times do jump from 20s to 1m after the changes.

Is building the project in the CI something you want? I can open the PR if you want. It would make it easier to see if a package I'm adding has issues.
