Include locations in inlay hint labelparts

It'd be nice to have locations in the inlayhint labelparts. The location can be used to jump to the definition of the type or show a hover (docstring of the original type, instead of the instance/variable). Pyrefly has implemented this.

Yes it looks like it. That issue didn't explicitly mention inlayhint, which is probably why I missed it from my searches. I've also discovered #1078, and turns out the location is provided correctly. The reason I didn't notice was that I've been using the hover request with the provided location to indirectly verify whether the location's provided, and the hover doesn't play very nicely when used in this scenario:

When only main.py is opened in my editor, hover works when I put my cursor on A (both in the import statement and in the instantiation and assignment to a). There's an inlay hint next to be: : A which tells me the variable b is of type A. The inlay hint label part contains a location attribute that correctly points to the definition of class A in libs.py, but when I use this location in a hover request, the response is empty. The same was observed when I modified the code so that A wasn't explicitly imported in main.py.

After I opened lib.py in the same session, sending hover requests using locations from the inlay hints worked. I'm not quite sure whether it's a problem with the inlay-hint or hover.
