Missing library in Fedora 42

I can't run Ami Sampler at all and get error while loading shared libraries: libcurl-gnutls.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory, no matter if I try to run the plugins or standalone version, also tested over multiple hosts.

sudo dnf provides libcurl-gnutls.so.4 gives no result, either.

Edit: Perhaps this is related:juce-framework/JUCE#821
