BUG: revise plot axis labels

I've noticed that there are some copy-paste errors for the axis labels, e.g. 

astroml_chapter5_Parameter_Estimation_for_Binomial_Distribution has the remnant of the Gaussian case, therefore it should be systematically checked whether they are all updated.
