Astrometry plot

Clicking on the Astrometry tab gives a plot with apparently too large limits on x and y axis.
M numbers appear to be millions of arcsec instead of expected such as +/- 2 arcsec

Thank you @CharlesBell for reporting it! There has been a new release of the external service we use for the ephemerides recently, and I suspect units have changed. I'll inspect and report as soon as possible.
