Add `ccd_visit.parquet` to the Rubin Weekly / DP2 datasets

We have some public parquet files we share with the DP1 release:
https://data.lsdb.io/hats/dp1/

It would be nice if we prepare these public files as part of the DASH pipeline. Let's start with ccd_visit.parquet (I need it for Uncle Val project)

I believe this would give the parquet file path with some basic visit-detector information: butler.getURI('visit_detector_table', dataId={"instrument": "LSSTCam"})
