Import DP2 release candidate 3 (v30_0_0_rc3)

Import data processing for the release candidate 3 (rc3) for DP2. It should be based on v30.0. - the JIRA ticket is at https://rubinobs.atlassian.net/browse/DM-53877

Use the DASH pipeline to import, same procedure as with #1203.

We are still waiting for the processing to be finished and for data to be transferred to USDF. At least couple more days.
