fix change in how assoc size column (
--assoc-source-sizes) was interpreted, (should be radius like in 0.22)--assoc-source-widthschanged to--assoc-source-half-widths--assoc-source-heightschanged to--assoc-source-half-heightsto reflect the changed behavior for those new parameters to be consistent.
