Remove large reservoirs from aquatic network

Intersect large aquatic reservoirs with the NHD aquatic network and remove them prior to performing network analysis. These contribute unwanted network length gained to upstream / downstream barriers and are not equivalent to network length gained in unaltered streams and rivers.

Should be based on NHD HR Plus version of water bodies for consistency.
