Flip to tablet mode does not work on AMD laptops (e.g. UN5401QAB or Vivobook TM420IA)

Discussion started here (closed as problem is not inside in written flip-lock driver), was create kernel issue here (probably issue of amd-sfh module, windows responsible service is AMD Sensor Fusion HUB) and continued here (closed as created accelerometer driver is temporary workaround which has known limitations)
