Is the project still maintained?

After 9cf890b the project misses seeds file and the example website does not work as well. Additionally http://asiatoworld.com/ is down. I tried to update project dependencies but this is a bit of a hassle... I am not sure whether drizzle is still something to build on or was dropped at some point.
