setWebhook?

I am somewhat confused on how to go about setting up webhook. Documentation refers to BOTServer, which is even more confusing.

I used to register it by just calling bot.api.setWebhook, but not i am getting faraday error about :multipart is not registered on Faraday::Request (Faraday::Error)

Please suggest,
