SDX Controller - Docker Compose, Nginx, uWSGI, dotenv #166
Description
Update the SDX Controller use Docker Compose in conjunction with Nginx as the web server
- precursor to AA with CILogon #164
- use uWSGI as production web service gateway interface vs. development server
- migrate away from command parameters which do not work well with uWSGI
- define a compose definition to run SDX controller and Nginx as a paired deployment with SSL certificates
