Version 1.24.2 binary and source versions misaligned

Hi @mashintsev

the current source code in the branch 1.24.2 as well as in the Source.zip/.tar.gz for the release 1.24.2 contains (at least) a pom.xml (maybe also code) that still reads 1.12.17-jira8.

Is this just an oversight? Forgot to push?
Could we please correctly align source code and binary to both contain to the same version?
