Access interface should immediately update when user downgrades self's permissions

Right now, if a user changes themselves from an owner to a viewer, they can still see the owner-level Access interface until they try clicking on something, after which they see the viewer-level Access interface.

Ideally, when a user updates their permissions, the interface updates instantly.
