Whole-History Rating

There is a rating system called Whole-History Rating which should be slightly better than Glicko-2. Just dropping it here as an idea what to implement next :)

Hi, and thanks for the feature request!

I came across this when researching rating systems used in Go, and I think I didn't implement it yet because I thought it was just for calculating historical ratings.
I may have to take a closer look at this 🙂
