PSRAM should be enabled by default #8
Description
We should adjust the Kconfig settings for this driver to enable PSRAM by default when the driver is enabled. Most if not all esp32-cam boards have at least some onboard PSRAM, and those that lack PARAM will still have the option to disable it.
