I loved your plots for summarizing the results. The plot with the AR and MA parameter estimates by region was interesting; that Alaska had a consistently negative MA suggests stronger cycling for Alaska sockeye. Also nice ACF and PACF plot with ggplot! I am going to copy that code as I often need to do that but always forget how to get ggplot to do this.

"Overall, the sockeye stocks population trajectories are clearly not stationary" Isn't that mostly true for Alaska and less so for the other areas. It was the Alaska stocks that all needed a d=1 to create stationarity. Also interesting, though not surprising, that averaging over regions washed out the ARIMA structure. I wonder if that would change the ability of ARIMA models to forecast.

Overall really nice job and great visuals and summary tables.
