ui-compose-app: PluginDetails seems to control inconsistent plugin instance #205
Description
It seems like a regression, but PluginDetails started to either show inconsistent parameters than those of the expected plugin, or control different plugin instance and thus no changes to the expected instance.
It seems like due to stale state management in the compose app. We had this problem before.
