Extra builder to generate PDFs that be able to copy text from contents

What do you need?

It is builder named revealjspdf that generate PDF files.

Bulder and PDFs are requred these:

• Target is all documents from sources.
• It can exclude targets from conf.py.
• Generated pdf display all contents without stick out. It need not work automated.
• Generated pdf render contents as text not "image collection".
• It provides features to avoid "tofu" as possible

For what's it worth, personally I use DeckTape to (quickly) convert reST -> Sphinx -> PDF presentations - see https://github.com/astefanutti/decktape
It's relatively easy to create a Docker image containing DeckTape (and optional fonts), and then run a Docker container that converts any HTML presentation to PDF.

I also know about decktape and used previously.

In this issue, I plan to include deck2pdf (ref: https://pypi.org/project/deck2pdf/).
This is my project inspired from decktape and to work for some presentation formats (included revealjs).
