ubuntu 16.04 cant install

What i did:

sudo apt-get update -y 
sudo apt-get upgrade -y 
sudo apt-get install git 
mkdir work
cd work
git clone git://github.com/openwebwork/ww_install.git
git fetch origin pull/6/head:ww2.13
git checkout ww2.13
cd bin
sudo perl ww_install.pl

What i get:
