Resurrection/Remake of ProjectM Audacious Plugin?

Any idea if we can get a resurrection of the ProjectM plugin? Found a old forum post of it being mentioned, and libprojectM being unstable. ProjectM is on version 4.1 now, so would It be possible to use it now?

Qmmp has a ProjectM plugin. Not sure how well it works though. If someone wants to port it to Audacious, feel free to submit a pull request.
