Making use of GEN.BMP

Winamp 2.9 added files GEN.BMP and GENEX.BMP to it's skins, which replaced AVS.BMP and allowed to skin arbitrary windows. Is it a good idea to add options to use these instead of system window decoration for things like album art and visualizers?

The idea sounds good in general but is probably rather challenging to implement. Also not all skins (our default skins too) include these images, so a fallback handling and configuration option (on/off) would be required.
