Infinity plugin updated and modernised

Nice you got this plugin working again, these visualizations look really cool. 👍

I have tried both the GTK and Qt version with Meson. Things I noticed so far:

• The window is independent from Audacious and cannot be docked to the GTK/Qt interface.
  You should implement get_gtk_widget() and get_qt_widget() from the VisPlugin class.
  See for example the Blur Scope plugins as samples.
• The GTK plugin should use PluginGLibOnly for the PluginInfo and the Qt plugin PluginQtOnly so Audacious registers them at startup only when supported by the runtime.
• There should be two separate plugins. Right now infinite_lib in meson.build is GTK only, the Qt version is missing.
• The plugin is always disabled after restarting Audacious.
• The GTK version shows this error when closing the plugin window
  (audacious:32348): Gtk-CRITICAL **: 22:54:44.680: gtk_widget_destroy: assertion 'GTK_IS_WIDGET (widget)' failed
• Quite a few compiler warnings
• High CPU usage, especially with larger window or in fullscreen mode. I do not know how it was before when using SDL.
  Low prio for now though, just a reminder.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll continue to smack this plugin around. I want to get it upstreamed once I have all the bugs/quirks worked out.
