Folder named SYNTHWAVE increases volume for some reason

I have a folder of synthwave music and when I create a new playlist as a tab window and load the aforementioned folder, when I double-click on any file to start playing, the volume that is pre-set around 26%, it jumps to between 80% and 90%.

If I stop the playback, rearrange the volume back to 26%, and double-click on the tab window area to resume, it jumps back to 80-something percent of volume.

What kind of behavior is this, is it a bug or am I doing something wrong here?
