Genre separator parsing #1712

Description

It's common for a song to be tagged with more than one genre, typically separated by either , or ;, however audacious seems to take the entire genre tag as one monolithic genre, leading to less useful listings of genres.

The android player Auxio solves this by allowing the user to choose which common separator characters to parse as such.
Audacious could have a user-definable list of characters to treat as genre separators, and a reasonable default value might be ",", ";", "/", though also in rarer use are + and &, I've even seen * in one case confusingly, and there are probably others.
