Testing outside HA-environment

I would like to use the codebase for some testing which is not focused on HA. (a more simple, scripted approach).

is there a test-script or a wrapper where I can use the excellent base that exists here (from login, acquiring token etc,...) in quite basic shell/python-scripts?
