Support for loading config file from user home directory

It would be nice to have support for loading the config file from the user's home directory,

String homeDirectory = System.getProperty("user.home");

Hello at present time there is no support for user.home directory
the default directory is user.dir
but you can set the variable AUDIT4J_CONF_FILE_PATH to the folder you want
