How about having light tinted blur effect?

My idea is simple, how about having the options to have light tinted blur effect? I actually use another extension named luminus because I dislike the twilight theme. I want to add blur to this theme but because the blur setting's can only darken and not lighten the tint, it causes the black text on the top panel to be hard to read. So I am asking for a feature that dynamically makes the shell tinted lighter or darker to the same degree. I am just asking for a toggle that when enabled, will set all blur effects tint according to the current theme. For example, when the light theme is selected, the 60% brightness gives a light tint and if dark mode is selected, the 60% brightness gives a dark tint.
