Blur my Shell glitches out after a reboot

I just recently added Blur my Shell extension, and while it's working great otherwise, I noticed that after each reboot the dock blur looks like above, half-glitched for some reason. I have to enable/disable the extension for it to reset and start functioning properly.

Is there anything I could do to fix it or make the extension "reboot" itself automatically right after a reboot etc? Thank you for your help.

My workaround for this is to disable and re-enable the extension on start.

mkdir -p ~/.config/systemd/user/
nano ~/.config/systemd/user/refresh-blur-my-shell.service
