How to check if the consent is visible

Hello,
thanks for the easy to use plugin. Is there already a way to check if the consent is currently visible? I need to position a floating element below the consent and it would help to be able to check this.

If it's not possible yet I would like to implement that and create a PR - maybe by creating a service that holds the visibility state? I think an event would be nice to have aswell.
