When i create new post , then type some character in the title it will automatically back

when i start create new post and then i type some a character at least one character and then automatically back (you can see my video included).
i check in draft but nothing.
here for inspect in browser.

the config is default i don't do anything else , i just install only and run it.

I see this too. Every time I make a change I need to go into the database and reset the publish date information.
