Grammar syntax file not found

@austinwagner I think you removed sourcepawn.tmLanguage by mistake in 46063c7 (or is there another way to get the syntax file?).

We are using it at Linguist to retrieve the scope for SourcePawn's grammar and GitHub uses it to syntax highlight SourcePawn files.
