Send id_token_hint when logging out

Describe the problem you'd like to have solved

Send the id_token_hint when logging out.

Describe the ideal solution

We are already destructuring the id_token_hint, so we should send it as well.

Alternatives and current workarounds

If the user want to include it now, they need to handle logout manually.

@tusharpandey13 That PR has not been merged in yet. Should this issue still be open until that PR is resolved?
