added a component that renders jupyter notebooks from github links. it uses an iframe solution so it isn't the prettiest. I'm terrible with react so if someone's can try a React component (such as this) to render it better then we can try that solution as well
added the guide for the RAG pipelines with links to the branches using DeepSeek and also Google Colab
