I'm not sure how to interpret this

Does dependency have lint checks dependency?

That comes from this task.

My recollection is that this means the lifecycle-livedata-core dependency has a lint registry that is used by some AGP linter (but may otherwise be unused).

This module doesn't have live data usage at all. So it is nice that third party even has lint checks but would be great to ignore them if it is not used in module.

But I don't know how to implement it - lint check should provide knowledge about which classes it checks so dependency plugin can ignore if this classes are references in module.
