Support for RocM (AMD) with comfyUI

Get this error at the moment:

Found no NVIDIA driver on your system. Please check that you have an NVIDIA GPU and installed a driver

In theory, comfyUI should work with the following:

pip install torch torchvision torchaudio --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/rocm6.3

adding this to compose.comfyui.yml and setting the version to latest-rocm makes it work.
