Upgrade xo to v0.57.0

* Upgrade xo to v0.57.0 and lint sources, tests, and examples

Disabled `unicorn/prevent-abbreviations` because it introduces too many
opinionated changes.

* Update reporter logs which are sensitive to line numbers changing
