Mix audio and video at specific times

Is it possible to mix audio and video files at specific times? I see we can set start times which apply to the file itself, but how can we set the time at which the file is mixed?

For example, I have two audio files... I want audio A to start at 0 and audio B to start at 10 seconds.

Unfortunately it is not possible to do audio mixing with the Transcoder block. However we do have plans for releasing a separate AudioMixer block at some point.

Mixing audio, video, and combinations of both would be a great feature!
