Add additional examples

It would be good to add a few more examples to test the schema against. Specifically we should have a cell-free dataset and a viral dataset.

Suggested specific examples are one of the Rocklin mega-scale targets (especially if it's from a non-model organism, like one of the fish antifreeze proteins) and a SARS-CoV-2 or HIV dataset.
