If the fuel amount in the truck changes while electricity is turned off (and the LEDs should be all unlit), the LEDs suddenly light up to reflect the amount of fuel, as if the truck was on.
And undesirable situation where this happens is while repairing/upgrading a truck in a service shop.
A fairly interesting situation where this happens also is when refueling. Although it's nice to see the fuel gauge go up as the tank fills, one could still have the same effect simply by re-enabling electricity in a fuel station just after turning off the truck.
