Ignore given function name in `JET.test_package`

Let's say I write a package with a function stub function f_to_extend end, whose methods are all defined in package extensions. How do I stop JET.test_package from yelling at me because it doesn't find methods for f_to_extend?

Doesn't it work if you load all extensions before running test＿package with JET 0.11?

The issue was on a previous Julia version. My recollection was that loading all the extensions used to work, but for some reason it didn't that time. I ended up manually adding Base.get_extension(package, :ext) to the target_modules. I read in #525 (comment) that it wasn't supposed to work, but maybe now it does?

I think report_package before v0.10 didn't work because it wasn't actually loading the proper package, but with v0.11 (compatible only with Julia v1.12), it should work.
